Inspection Starts With the Specification
Quality control begins with the approved model code, drawing or catalog table. Incoming materials and components are checked against the required wheel material, dimensions, bearing, bracket and finish before assembly.
Assembly and Functional Checks
Inspection points can include wheel and axle fit, swivel movement, mounting dimensions, overall height, brake or directional-lock operation, visible finish and model marking. Requirements depend on the product group and purchase specification.
Load and Application Review
A catalog load is not a substitute for application review. Equipment weight, uneven load distribution, impact, towing speed, obstacles, temperature and operating frequency can change the required safety margin.
Traceability for Recurring Orders
Buyers should reference the model code and confirmed specification on repeat orders. Inspection photos, reports or sample approval requirements should be agreed before production. Current certificates and test documents should only be claimed when the applicable file and validity information are available.
