Start With the Closest Proven Product Group
An OEM project should not begin with unnecessary tooling. Taishan first compares the required load, wheel material, diameter, bracket, mounting and environment with existing catalog groups. A proven base model usually reduces development time and technical risk.
Information Needed for Engineering Review
Send equipment drawings, total loaded weight, castor layout, required wheel diameter, mounting space, floor condition, travel speed, obstacles, duty cycle, temperature, chemicals, target quantity and destination market. If replacing an existing product, include photos and current model codes.
Possible Customization Areas
Depending on technical feasibility and quantity, review can include wheel material or hardness, color, hub and bearing, bracket dimensions, mounting pattern, brake or directional control, finish, branding, packaging and inspection documents. Every requested change must be confirmed against load and operating conditions.
Sample and Production Approval
The quotation should identify the agreed specification, tooling if required, sample plan, test or inspection requirements, packaging and expected order quantity. Approved drawings or samples should become the reference for recurring orders.
Request an OEM Review
Use the inquiry form to send the application and target specification. Taishan will reply with suitable catalog references, missing technical questions and the next practical step.
