Assembly and Functional Inspection
Assembly brings together the wheel, bearing, axle, bracket and control mechanism. Product checks can include model identity, dimensions, visible finish, wheel rotation, swivel movement and brake or directional-control operation according to the agreed product specification.
Existing Series Before New Tooling
For an OEM request, Taishan first compares the application with existing product groups. If a standard base is not suitable, the review can move to feasible changes in material, color, mounting, bracket, branding, packing or inspection requirements.

Provide the application, total loaded weight, castor layout, wheel diameter, mounting space, floor, obstacles, speed, duty cycle, temperature, chemicals, target quantity and destination market.
