Material handling
Factory trolleys, carts, dollies and mobile workstations.
Application-led selection
Start with how the equipment moves, where it operates and what it carries, then compare suitable product groups and code numbers.
Use the selection guideFactory trolleys, carts, dollies and mobile workstations.
Equipment frames, maintenance platforms and higher-load transport.
Indoor carts where compact mounting, noise and floor protection matter.
Applications requiring review of bracket, wheel, bearing and cleaning exposure.
Oven and heated-process handling with model-specific operating limits.
Flight cases, displays and application-specific mobile assemblies.
Industrial carts require a balance of maneuverability, rolling effort, floor protection, noise and braking. Compare compatible swivel, fixed and total-brake variants from the same product group and verify the exact mounting dimensions.
Heavy equipment requires application-level load review. Consider uneven load distribution, frame deflection, impact, floor joints, towing speed and duty cycle in addition to the catalog rating.
Indoor carts often prioritize quiet travel, compact mounting and floor protection. Thermoplastic rubber and other resilient wheels may be suitable, but the model table must still confirm bearing, diameter, overall height and rated load.
For stainless steel castors, review the complete assembly rather than the bracket alone. Wheel, bearing, axle, fasteners, brake parts, cleaning chemicals and temperature all affect suitability.
High-temperature selection must define continuous temperature, peak exposure, duration, cooling period, movement while hot and cleaning conditions. Only model-specific limits confirmed for the selected castor should be used.
Flight cases, retail displays and outdoor equipment place different demands on vibration, non-marking performance, water exposure and rolling resistance. Send the operating environment with the inquiry instead of selecting only by appearance.
